 GE Johnson Announces New Board Members GE Johnson announces the election of four new members to its Board of Directors. The newly elected members are Mike Fordyce, Ryan Heeter, Kasia King, and Nick Siakotos. Mike Fordyce recently retired as President and CEO of Craig Hospital. He is a highly-effective, values- based leader with strategic vision for organizations and the engagement of their employees. Ryan Heeter is CEO for GE Johnson Construction Company. His construction industry experience includes operations, business development, preconstruction, and strategic planning. Kasia King is Executive Director of Human Resources for GE Johnson. She has a passion for mentoring and coaching leaders to fulfill their potential, along with 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles. Nick Siakotos is Vice President for GE Johnson, focusing on risk management. He has expertise in contract management, commercial insurance and legal matters. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial construction market, with a focus on tenant improvements and interior renovations for office, critical facilities and technology-driven spaces. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science, has Safety Trained Supervisor certification, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Laura Kingfisher will be joining Swinerton as a Senior Estimator for their Special Projects Group. She comes with over 20 years of experience working exclusively in estimating and preconstruction services in Colorado. Laura graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. BKBM Engineers Hires New Project Development Manager BKBM Engineers, is pleased to announce that Tim Ernest has joined the firm in a new role as Project Development Manager. Tim brings with him over 25 years of experience in civil/structural design, fabrication, construction, project management, and business development. In this new role, Tim will be responsible for growing the practice, including managing and developing client relationships and overseeing structural design projects. Western Development Group Promotion Western Development Group, the developer of several successful projects in Cherry Creek North, is pleased to announce the promotion of Abby Garel to Property Manager. Abby will be responsible for managing the company's owned-assets as well as the third-party portfolio for Wester Asset Services, the property management division of Western Development Group. Abby joined in Western Development Group in 2017 as an Assistant Property Manager following several years in the financial sector.
