 Collegiate Peaks Bank Provides Financing for a New "Wellness Marketplace" on Federal Blvd.  Collegiate Peaks Bank is pleased to announce that the bank has provided the financing for a new “wellness marketplace” named Nurture at 2949 Federal Blvd. in Denver. Collegiate Peaks Bank provided financing for the purchase and renovations of a 20,700 square foot building that was once home to a former school. “We had the opportunity to work with an incredible team at Nurture that has a tremendous and well-planned vision for this property, ” said Kristina Greeno, Vice President of Collegiate Peaks Bank. “We’ve built a solid reputation as a bank that is able to work closely with business owners and entrepreneurs to realize their dreams for growth and success. Nurture is the latest example of our ability to serve as a financial partner who takes a personal approach in our business dealings.” Nurture was founded by Peter Strauss, Nikki Dority and Kelly Campbell. Together, the team will operate the property which will be home to health, wellness, beauty and fitness offerings, anchored by a café. There will be 45 suites, intended to house professionals in the health and beauty realm, from acupuncturists to hair stylists to massage therapists. There will also be two anchor spaces set aside for fitness studios and a handful of units intended for small retailers. EUA Announces Denver Office Transition Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA) is excited to announce that as of January 1, 2019, the firm’s Denver office, BurkettEUA, will be known as EUA. In 2017, EUA announced the acquisition of Denver- based architecture and interior design firm, Burkettdesign, changing its name to BurkettEUA and adding to EUA’s existing offices in Milwaukee, Madison and Des Moines. The entire Denver principal group became shareholders in EUA, bringing expanded ownership and leadership opportunities. Since combining the two firms, EUA has completed many notable projects in Colorado for a range of organizations, including Charter Communications, Sierra Nevada Corporation, Air Methods, Bartlit Beck, Epsilon, AAA Colorado, Denver Public Schools and CSG International. Zeppelin Development Announces $44.9 Million Financing Deal with JP Morgan The closing of a $44.9 million permanent loan, arranged by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF), with JP Morgan provides a fixed rate 10-year loan along with a capital reinvestment in the property. FLIGHT has the most extensive green roof in Colorado, with spaces that open up to rolling hills and tree groves along with integrated solar arrays. Its 13,000 square-foot green roof and 1700-Kilowatt solar photovoltaic array offset about 20 percent of the building’s electricity use. Predating Colorado’s Green Roof Initiative (which was backed and supported by Zeppelin Development) FLIGHT is anticipated to achieve LEED Platinum making it one of the highest-performing recently constructed commercial buildings in Colorado. FLIGHT was designed by award-winning Dynia Architects.
