Moreland Auto Group to Expand Motorplex at Centerra McWHINNEY, Colorado-based real estate investor and developer and master developer of Centerra, joins Moreland Auto Group in the planned addition of four car brands to Loveland’s Motorplex at Centerra. Moreland Auto Group recently purchased a 15-acre parcel at the Motorplex at Centerra with plans to operate a four-brand dealership. Moreland Auto Group, headed by “Dealin’ Doug” Moreland, will build a regional Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and RAM dealership at the southern end of the Motorplex at Centerra, bordering Interstate 25. Moreland Auto Group is targeting a spring 2021 project completion. AP Breaks Ground on the CU Boulder College of Music Building Addition With the help of the school’s mascot, Chip, and the Buff Basketball Band, AP broke ground on the CU Boulder College of Music Building Addition project. The addition will mark a major step toward consolidating College of Music programming into one facility, creating increased opportunities for collaboration across departments as the choral department relocates from Macky Auditorium into the new space. The 64,000-square-foot addition was designed by architect Pfeiffer and is on track to open in time for the 2020 fall semester.
